These machines often put heavier loads on the back and joints than is necessary, and almost always miss the mark when it comes to replicating the movements found in everyday life.

Haha, I pretty much hate all of those. Whatever happened to being outdoor, anyway.  ;D I stop quite easily if a machine is causing me pain, but I'm always told that I'm exaggerating. Or given the "no pain, no gain" story. PS I really liked Rocky IV.  :P
