I have been doing paleo for over 2 months now and started Rippetoe's program last week. Losing fat will be easy once you cut the dairy and eat complete paleo. If you have to cheat I recommend you do it like Cordain advices, with scheduled cheats so that it does not become a thing you do out of desperation.As far as the workout, mine is a little different but kind of the same, let me explain:Workout A - Squat, Bench, Dead liftWorkout B - Squat, military press, rowsWorkout 3 times a week with no 2 sequential days (so I chose Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, just because the gym is not as full during those day here in my university) interchanging the workouts every session (A, B, A, B, A, ...).My cardio is basically walking around campus from class to class (UF is a big campus) and sprinting whenever I get a chance. Not really that often, I am kind of a geek and I'm inundated with projects, but oh well...
