Body fat

Hi I'm new to paleo, could someone please advice me on the best exercise to lower body fat? My weight and bmi are normal for my height.

But my bf% is rather high.

Want to start off on right foot and not get into bad habits early on.

My usual routine is running, combat, circuits and gym sessions. (About 2 of each per wk)

Sounds like you are already doing a lot of working out each week, especially cardio. How often are you doing weight sessions? Twice a week as well?

Will all come down to your diet then probably. How is your diet? If the diet isn't in check then the types of exercises will not really matter. Are you eating below your maintenance calorie level?

I'm an avid crossfitter, so I'm biased. Without knowing too much about your workouts, it's hard to make a recommendation, but you might try timing everything. I found that the one big thing that makes crossfit more demanding than anything else (in my opinion) is that you're always under the gun to do one more rep or shave off one more second.
