So I'm a little too proud of the session I just completed to resist posting it

Start off with some ad-hoc handstands (against a wall) and then frog stands 60secs total (I'm just starting out on
this progression).
Set out in my newly acquired
Vibram Sprints to the local sailing lake, in the pouring rain. Slip and slide for about a mile to get there, with a few sprints thrown in while on solid ground.
Climb three or four trees, staying well within myself for safety. Run/sprint & hop (through the nettle patches) around the lake (another mile or so). Scoff some wild blackberries. Jog home.
Devany-style 15-8-4/negatives/FT sets of chins, then dips (sorry, can't find the link any more).
Chuck my soaking kit in the wash, shower to get off the grime, settle to a little web surfing with a hot cup of cocoa made with coconut milk & a tickle of sweetener to take the edge off (first time I've tried this, after an hour no sugar crash, might become a favourite occasional treat!).
