Lactic Acid Burn

Hey all. Since I started eating a paleo diet I have noticed that the lactic acid burn and build up during workouts is greatly reduced, as is post workout muscle soreness. Anyone else experience this or know why this happens as opposed to eating a carb heavy diet?

In my past life of eating carbs my muscles had a very low lactic acid pain threshold and my post workout recoveries sucked. Thanks.

It will eventually just disappear. I haven't felt lactic acid burn in a long time.
