I undertook a 3 day fast shortly after the above post & haven't managed to build my lifts up again, deadlift tje only exception.
Anyway time for something new.

Front squat 3x5 reps (wrist flexibility is an issue)
Push Press 3x5
BB Row 3x5
B.
Stiff legged deadlift into shrug 3x5
Weighted Dips 3x (undecided on rep range crappy dips attachment is bending slightly)

Chinups 3x8
GPP is progressing well.
