Trained a later this time to avoid the Monday crowd.
It was nice but im just a little too mellow now & found it hard to stay focused with only young inquisitive lads & no decent sized guys around.
Lets just say the hedging bets on how many the 'not big guy' will do during a working set, not appreciated.
It's only a small gym will work out a way to explain it nicely next time.
Squats (smith machine) 180/8 midriff felt weak
Incline Dumbbell press 80/7
Dumbbell press 40/4
Dips belt now fits loosely around the waist, bodyweight maintained at 77kg.
