We still have 3 feet of snow on the ground with a base of ice under it, so I am not doing much outside. Since my husband is handicapped and spends most of his time in the loft at his computer, and seldom goes up and down the stairs which he should be doing, I am the one using the two flights of stairs as my personal stair stepper. Up and down the stairs - routine - let dog out at 6
am, come back in and up stairs to ask Doug what he would like for his breakfast, run downstairs again, go to freezer in basement, upstairs to cook, then carry loaded tray up to loft, run back down again, feed cats and dog, run back upstairs. then climb on treadmill for 3.5 mph walk in 22 to 23 minutes. then downstairs, let dog out, come back upstairs, help Doug get dressed...and my day continues up and down stairs. I love it!
What I see from my treadmill?
