I'll workout twice a week using two different methods.
A
Rest-pause singles ramping up weight to a 1repmax a la Kubik's Dinousaur training trying to increase the 1RM weight each workout
Deadlift
Bench Press
BB Row
Military Press
Hammer Curl
B
3 Bodyweight exercises, 3 sets each but alternating exercices, circuit fashion with minimal rest between stations trying to increase reps and diminish rest times each workout
Jumping Squats
Push Ups
Chin-ups
and after the 3x3
crucifix dumbell hold
barbell hold
for 30-60 secs and try to increase weight used each workout
