Just had to say I am very glad to see Dan John's word getting around. IMO he's great.

Another source linked to Dan is Gym Jones. (Web search gymjones). It's Mark Twight's site. Mark is a freaking mutant, and also a really nice guy. For the training machines here, you will probably dig Gym Jones. The section called Knowledge has been (for me) especially motivating.
