Caloric Burn/Intake

Just curious, how many calories do you eat per day?  How many do you burn per week (working out)?  How many hours per week do you spend working out?

I neither count calories eaten nor calories burned. I probably spend 5-6 hours a week doing jiu jitsu, which includes a warm-up of body weight exercises.

Just curious, how many calories do you eat per day?  How many do you burn per week (working out)?  How many hours per week do you spend working out?

Last time I estimated, which was probably more than a year ago, it was around 1600 kcal/day.  Presumably I burn the same amount since I'm pretty much weight stable.

I spend a couple hours a week doing physical activity that gets my heart rate up to the 120-180 range - essentially a form of HIIT.

Jesus... I eat between 2500 and 3250/day.  I burn about 5000 a week working out.
