What still baffles me about this whole reason I posted.........is 2 weeks ago I had an amazing day at the gym.  I can't seem to pinpoint why and how to duplicate it.  I have looked back through my meal logs, sleep logs, etc trying to figure this out.


I have been doing the same meals/routine 4 weeks.  Nothing changed.....except mountain biking and ditching greek yogurt again from my diet.

Sorry if I missed it, but what did you add in to replace the fat/calories when you ditched the yogurt?

Just more of the usual stuff.  Ground beef, steak, bacon, eggs.....etc.

by weight loss.......I meant losing inches/lbs on the scale.


Although the scale is not that important to me, I don't want to end up super bulk.  I'm more interested in being lean and strong vs. worlds strongest man competition big.
Unless you are doing a tremendous amount of PED's you probably don't have to worry about WSM bulk LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's highly unlikely to be problem while on a Paleo WOE.
