How to lose body fat.

I'm just curious on what is the best way to lose body fat? I used to be around 15 or so last Feb before joining crossfit  in august and now I'm around 12.

I'm thinking running 2 miles every other day in the morning and crossfit in the evening?

Suggestions anyone?

1.  Eat very low carb - minimize even the fruit.

2.  Resistance exercise or other activities in the anaerobic range.

Eat lots of protein, moderate fat, low carb.
Fruit only before and after training.
Lift HEAVY WEIGHTS!!!!!!!!!! w/ compound movements
AVOID low intensity cardio except for recovery.
Try to keep cortisol levels in check. Crossfit isn't a good way to that.
Realize the body doesn't like extremes
