Exercises to do after shoulder subluxation

Hi everyone,

I have a shoulder subluxation recurring problem, last night while doing my routine my right shoulder popped out, I had a new set of heavier weight to push myself further in my training but I guess that the shoulder did not like it..  :'(

So now I have to wear that sling for a few days and then I will be ready to jump into training again, but I am not sure of what I should do while my shoulder is at rest and what exercises I should do to bring my shoulder back to full recovery...

Any ideas?

Dude, go to a doctor and see if you can get that repaired!! That is not good!! I had a fully torn rotator cuff repaired almost 2 years ago and it took me a little while to get back up to snuff. Even now I am taking it a little easy, but go see a doctor!!
