I am trying to address some mysterious health conditions and I believe diet is playing a critical role. I am interested in healthy diets and traditional diets.

The paleo diet is based on the idea that we're healthiest on the diet we evolved to eat over the millions of years of the stone age.  That diet consists of fresh whole fruit, meat, and nonstarchy vegetables, and perhaps tree nuts and a little honey.

It works pretty well for most people.
