Re-Starting afer a DECADE.

Over 10 years ago I discovered the Paleo Diet; I followed it, lost a lot of weight, gained a lot of energy, improved my sex life, swam more, ran more and improved performance in cognitive and physical arenas.  Yet, slowly over time I slipped: I added rye toast to weekend breakfast, buns to hamburgers, French fries to lunches and beer to social events.  Yes, I gained weight, got a puffy face, fell into the world of mild depression.  NOW, after the COVID Crisis, I joined a health club and RE-Started Paleo.  In only THREE days I've noticed improvements.  You can quote me on this: "I NEVER SHOULD HAVE STOPPED BEING A CAVEMAN!"  Jim --> the 74 Year "Old-Fart" from Jersey.
