Well, what is normal is not what is good.  With these numbers, I have a greater likelihood of getting mauled by a walrus than having heart disease.

I prefer morning for lower intensity exercise, and afternoon/evening for high intensity stuff.

Well, if you want to lose weight, you might not need to add quite that much oil to your breakfast.  7 eggs, 4 tbsp of oil and 300 kcal of veggies is over 1000 kcal.  If you are eating a couple meals a day and thats it, no problem, but many paleo people overdo the oil calories and stall weightloss. 

I personally prefer just butter or coconut oil for cooking, but I don't really add much after that.  I don't target lean meat either.

So I got my results back yesterday.  I wish I would have taken a test before switching to this way of eating, but alas, there is no use crying over spilled heavy cream.

I eat an average of 3 eggs per day, put heavy cream in my coffee, cook everything in butter, do at least a pound of bacon a week, and a pound of animal flesh for dinner every night with a pile of veggies.
