Exercises / Best way to get rid of body fat

I currently do crossfit 5 times a week with of course 2 rest days. Unless I'm feeling froggy.
I'm about 98-99% paleo. I just want to know how to cut body fat a bit faster. Everything seems to just be stuck in my stomach and chest area.

My body composition goal is 8-11 percent BF.


Can anyone help me out?

Exercises / How to lose body fat.

I'm just curious on what is the best way to lose body fat? I used to be around 15 or so last Feb before joining crossfit  in august and now I'm around 12.

I'm thinking running 2 miles every other day in the morning and crossfit in the evening?

Suggestions anyone?

Miscellaneous / A bit discouraged and need a motivational boost

Though I'm 90% paleo and exercise five times a week I'm a bit discouraged, not because of the diet but of what I see around me. I live with 3 other roommates who eat like absolute crap and yet are still lean and are "cut" though they aren't buff or anything I just hate to see that I'm actually trying to get to a certain body fat percentage and actually Having to try and they don't. Though I have seen changes and results I'm still rather peeved about what I see around me. Is it just me or do other feel this way too?

Diet and nutrition / Constantly Hungry

I've run into this problem before in the past and I am always constantly hungry.

I just finished working about around 6 pacific time and I ate shortly after around 6:30.
I then went to whole foods had 2 pieces of chicken breast with garlic and herb spice, ONE dalmas, 2 eggs, boiled peppers, jalapenos, and broccoli and it come out to about a pound and a half of food and yet I sit here and it's 8:15 and I'm hungry again.

What should I do post workout to ease the hunger? Anyone having any suggestions?

This tends to happen through out the day too.

Diet and nutrition / Milk after workout

I currently do crossfit and most workout don't last very long and that ones that do suck (ha), but after I usually drink about a serving of chocolate milk followed by an assortment of proteins from whole foods market salad bar (I go there way to much). Though I know dairy is prohibited should I stop drinking that serving of milk after the workout? Not sure what to do here.

My name is Jose and I'm 24 I currently reside in the city of Las Vegas. I currently attend UNLV and work about for my parents for about 30 hours a week at there restaurant (not paleo friendly) <---haha
My diet consist of about 90-95% paleo and I attend Crossfit classes 5 times a week.
Anything else you'd like to know just go ahead and ask ::) ::)
