Exercises / Runner going for mass

Hey, i just finished cross country and i am looking to gain some mass during this off season. I have managed to weave it into a school project and i am going to do paleo or primal(still reading), cross fit 5 times a week(local expert at my school), and possibly creating. I was wondering if anyone could help with some advice? I am 5 foot 9.5 inches, 15 years old, 135 pounds, around 8% body fat, and have very little muscle building experience. I have read about what paleo will do with lifting, and i have gotten mixed reviews. I can start next week so i would love some clear responses. Should i do some supplemental weightlifting with cross fit? Is creatine ok with Crossfit? I basically just need advice, i am really just trying to get the most mass i can out of Crossfit possible and if strength increases come as i believe they will, then all the better. I am just trying to make my priorities clear! I would love any responses, and please say any personal experiences if you have them. Also, what percentage of my diet should be fat, cab, and protein for mass? I am basically a blank canvas due to the low body fat but also low muscle mass. Also, my mentor mentioned doing GOMAD, i would love any comments about that as well! Thanks for your time
