Breakfast:

Half of a large sweet potatoe: Steamed

3 egg whites+1 whole egg scrambled

1 handfull of black berries
------------------------------------
Snack:

1 spoonfull of coconut oil

Chased with a handfull of raw almonds
-----------------------------------------------
Lunch:

Spring mix+cherry tomatoes drizzled with Avocado oil

1 1/2 cans of Albacore
-------------------------------------------------
Snack:

2 oranges sliced

1 handfull of blackberries
---------------------------------------------
Dinner:

Grass fed oso buco stew slow cooked in a crock pot w/
Organic Heirloom Carrots, okra, and purslane

Quinoa cooked on the side; then dumped right into the stew

Sliced avocado on top

Whatsup ladies/gents. I'm glad to be here and excited to get even more engaged in my diet and health plan. The best health plan is the one you build and maintain for yourself. I started going paleo earlier this year after a muay thai buddy of mine suggested it; I went strict paleo about a month ago. (I had to let go of my greek yogurt, and gummy candies goddamnit specifically 'blue gummy sharks') I work at a gym so I'm also working on building muscle. I do suppliment with BCAA's but besides that, I only eat whole foods. Well, here's getting to know you. ;)
