Hi, Bearso here. Just getting back into paleo and working out. Since last time I was here I had both hips replaced and the wife divorced me and I moved from San Diego to Lake Havasu....so starting over. Weight is not a problem but with 2 torn rotator cuffs, upper body work out is tough. I joined a gym and will start light and work up on my shoulders, the rest is fine to push a bit.

Good to avoid Palm oil if you want to help conserve the Orangutan and other animals from loss of habitat. There are some palm oil markets that us sustainable palm oil and that is OK. Sustainable palm oil is harvested from existing farms that promise to not increase new areas.

Ape, glad you clarified that last comment, for a moment there I thought you had a bromance working there...

Ape is correct with the exception of some nuts. However, finding raw nuts at a convenience store is unlikely too.

You really don't need a book. Paleo is so easy even a caveman can do it!

Don't like it, don't eat it. There are plenty of other foods to try.

Sure...! Do you ever get a day off? Well then do a little planning and cook lots of meals that you can simply reheat later throughout the week. Traveling is not a huge problem. Go you a steak House order steak and steamed veggies, and a salad. Any meat with steamed veggies and a salad can be found everywhere even during international travels. Don't make a big deal out of it because it is not unless you complicate it.
