Introductions / Hello from Ohio!

Hi folks, been eating Paleo for a while now - certainly a believer. It basically cured my anxiety and doubled my physical stamina. Can't really argue with that!

Anyway, just curious about what folks think. I'm pretty sure that I'm a "lazy" paleo eater. Basically, each day I make two trips to the salad bar where I get a salad made largely of broccoli, miscellaneous dark-green leafage, some baby grape tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumber slices, onion, and carrot. Also, I eat two small cans (the 2 serving / 2oz sort) of canned tuna or salmon, one or two avocados, and maybe an apple or banana (never more than one and not at night). I'm careful to check the canned stuff for anything other than olive oil and salt.

Once a week, I might eat a hard boiled egg and/or some chicken without any breading on it.

Eh? I mean, it certainly feels better than how I used to eat! Any suggestions for a lazy paleo eater like myself? :)

Felt tired and pooped funny for almost two weeks when I started paleo. The return on investment, for me anyway, was totally worth it.
