Whey protein powder is definately not paleo becouse it is processed.And cheese together with milk products has a problematic amino acid Casein.Maybe others might explain what is wrong with dairy?

Yes i eat everything that can be eaten raw but cooking it becouse it tastes alot better for example when i cook Brussels sprouts they become sweet and crunchy so why not to slightly stir fry them?As I understand olive oil is not even paleo fat and coconut oil is somehow mechanically processed like olive oil.I only use lard and tallow for cooking.What about you paleo David?

To be honest i eat my veggies all cooked even spinach.So basically im eating everything cooked don't know anything about it just tastes better for me and i trust my body since im fully paleo.

47th day going on no cravings for anything never feeling starving eating only body parts of lamb,pork and beef with broccoli,brousel sprouts, spinach ,carrots, swede and kale as my carb sources.So by actually consuming below 50 grams of carbs a day and few hours a week of exercise i've reached definition where i have skin around my belly as thin as on forearms. :laugh:

Hey rollin i am interested in you're workouts and i have few questions.What does PPP mean can you explain the details about you're training sessions.What about musculer failure should you stop the set as the rep gets harder then the previous one or till the lifting speed decreases dramatically?Becouse as i understand going to failure on compound movements are very stressful to the body.Sometimes you do low reps like 3-5 sometimes 11-12 can you explain that?I know it's alot of questions but i would be happy if you could help me. ;)

From personal experience i would say just stay strict paleo and wait for things to get better.Usually adding more fat to the diet and keeping the carbs near 100g a day helps alot with the low energy.Maybe you're experiencing the so called ''low carb flu'' which is normal considering that it's you're third day on paleo.Give body some time to adopt.

By strict i mean no potatoes,sweet potatoes,olive oil,butter,coconut,nightshades, everything thats starchy and can't be eaten raw plus ofcourse the dead "3'' grains,legumes,dairy.It's just incredible how now i can feel pleasure by just eating raw brussel sprouts and appreciate how sweet they are.In past they tasted like the worst food you could ever eat.
