Today I made an awesome meal for myself that fed me all day. I'm going to put the recipe up in better detail soon; here goes:

*note: all the veggies I use are certified organic from JRorganics Farm*
------------------------------------------------------
YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO MAKE THIS MEAL IN ONE POT!!

1lb of grass fed sirloin ground beef with sauteed with onions
Organic no-salt seasoning/fresh pepper/ a pinch of seasalt

Brown the beef add the spices and then I use a cheese-grater to add two summer squashes; one round ball squash and one goldbar squash

The squash will create a lot of water at the bottom of your pot. This is perfect because the last step is cracking two grass fed organic duck eggs on top, haphazardly and then you cover the pot

The steam is going to poach the eggs to a soft gooey "soft boiled" egg texture.

Here's what it looks like:

Good deal!! I hope it's wild; lets cross our fingers..

No, I appreciate the feedback a lot; so thank you. I actually did come to realize this week that my quinoa is not going to be on my next shopping list. Bummed but that's why I'm here.. So zero tubers??? Yams, sweet taters, everything? What about beets? I destroy beets like two at a time. Also, If I'm getting the majority of my protein from eggs should I not worry about bad cholesterol?? That's why I've been doing the 3 whites with one whole...

Whatsup ladies/gents. I'm glad to be here and excited to get even more engaged in my diet and health plan. The best health plan is the one you build and maintain for yourself. I started going paleo earlier this year after a muay thai buddy of mine suggested it; I went strict paleo about a month ago. (I had to let go of my greek yogurt, and gummy candies goddamnit specifically 'blue gummy sharks') I work at a gym so I'm also working on building muscle. I do suppliment with BCAA's but besides that, I only eat whole foods. Well, here's getting to know you. ;)
