I wish you had taken a picture of the nutrition facts as well. I would have liked to see the ingredients and how much sugar / calories are in them.

I'm 26 and have been off and on paleo for about a year and a half. I started getting serious about paleo in May this year. Eating paleo has been a great experience for me. I have lost 36 pounds and am down to 9% body fat. I even started a paleo and health blog to share what I have learned about fitness, exercise, paleo health and cooking with others.

...but I will be sticking to normal lifting and cardio.

What do you do for cardio? HIIT or more traditional cardio?

Yes HIIT, 5 minute warm up, 6 intervals of 60 sec hard / 90 seconds recovery, then 5 minute cool down. Sometimes I will do another 15 minutes easy on a stepmaster if I want to burn more calories.

Buy fruits that are in season cause they are always the cheapest. Bananas are a cheap fruit. Broccoli is a healthy and cheap vegetable. Sweet potatoes are usually a good deal. You can get canned tuna and salmon for a reasonable price. Just go easy on the canned products cause it has BPA and tuna has mercury.

Sometimes I will just eat leftovers, maybe paleo chili or some apple cinnamon chicken. Lately I have decreased my egg intake by fasting. There are a lot of benefits to intermittent fasting. Just skip breakfast and eat a late lunch. I don't even get hungry.

It's better if it's organic.  A lot of wines are really quite processed and/or contain nefarious chemicals
I have never heard of organic vs. precessed wine. How can you tell?

I read an article a few weeks ago that said you are your strongest between 2 pm and 6 pm. You are in your best shape for cardio around 5 pm.

I haven't tried crossfit because I keep hearing about how crossfit encourages poor form from their competitions that lead to injuries and Rhabdomyolysis (muscles poisoning your blood) from overtraining. I know a lot of people swear by crossfit so go for it but I will be sticking to normal lifting and cardio. My gym membership is $20 a month instead of $150 and I am in amazing shape. Benching 300 lbs and 9% body fat.

There is a saying about new ideas: first it is ignored, then it is mocked, then it is fought, then it is accepted. At least we aren't being ignored anymore.

I think that red wine is the best alternative for alcohol consumption. That being said it isn't acceptable for 100% paleo but few people are 100% paleo. I think as long as you limit yourself to 1 or 2 glasses at most you should be fine.

No coconut, sweet potatoes, olive oil and night shades? That is a pretty crazy version of paleo. I am on day 23 of a 25 day paleo challenge. I would not be able to do your challenge, I also include alcohol.
