First steps: get rid of grains, sugar and processed food from your diet. Eat real fresh food and drink water.

Let go of old ideas about needing to starve yourself to lose weight. If you are hungry, eat, just make it real food, like meat, fish, eggs, vegetables and fruit. Focus on how much you're enjoying the taste of real food and how good it makes you feel rather than weighing in obsessively.

The rest you can fine-tune as you go.
Thanks for your suggestions.I learned that have a healthy diet and exercise regularly is the best way to lose weight.I am so tired but will try it.Thank you!

The paleo diet is a good option for people trying to lose weight. Basically it cuts out most carbs and dairy from your diet, which is a big part of weight loss. However, it's probably good to consult an expert on the topic, as everybody responds to different things. If you do try to go paleo, get yourself a good paleo cookbook to help guide you.

Hi,my name is Susan Smith.I am  overweight!!! need some advice and encouragement in loosing weight. have lost weight in the past but always gained it back!!Last 3 month,I tried every methods in order to returned to normal weight like exercises, including taking diet pills.My friend was trying the 2 day diet and she lost 9 pounds in one week. I was thinking about trying it, but I wanted to see if anyone on here knew more info. about it or had tried it themselves?
