for my lunch i had a banana and a glass of water ( my mother in law made me eat something with her in her works restaurant) she didn't seem pleased when i came back with a banana but least i ate something even tho i wasn't hungry. For dinner tonight i am doing mince and onion boiled in water with herbs and veg. yummy and it smells so nice. just not sure what to thicken it up with yet

Hi everyone, thank you for the comments, in the end i had tuna steak last night instead of sausage.
breakfast this morning is poached eggs and sausage, need to go shopping. I have got rid of all the processed foods which i had in the house. i am busy all day so i am skipping lunch but going to drink plenty of water. Dinner tonight i am having mince with lots of veg. just not quite sure what to do with the mince yet. amy x 41
