for my lunch i had a banana and a glass of water ( my mother in law made me eat something with her in her works restaurant) she didn't seem pleased when i came back with a banana but least i ate something even tho i wasn't hungry. For dinner tonight i am doing mince and onion boiled in water with herbs and veg. yummy and it smells so nice. just not sure what to thicken it up with yet  :(

Hi everyone, thank you for the comments, in the end i had tuna steak last night instead of sausage.

breakfast this morning is poached eggs and sausage, need to go shopping. I have got rid of all the processed foods which i had in the house.

i am busy all day so i am skipping lunch but going to drink plenty of water. Dinner tonight i am having mince with lots of veg. just not quite sure what to do with the mince yet.

Well today was my first day on paleo  :) I am loving this new way of eating i can't even call it a diet as I am not hungry at all.

Today i have eaten, a fruit salad for breakfast (banana, apple and orange),
a dry fried stir fry (carrots, onions, and mushrooms with a boiled egg) for lunch.
For my evening meal i am having sausages, with carrots, mushrooms, onions and other vegs.

Can someone please tell me if this is ok.

thanks amy x
