thank you for your help everyone, although i am really confused regarding been able to eat eggs. Are eggs not dairy? It does seem pretty easy to adjust to although my husband keeps telling me to do it slowly and cut out all the things i am not allowed slowly is this a good idea or just to start on monday from cutting everything non paleo out of my diet

Thanks phrakture, that really helped. I am still a little concerned about things, the more i read about it the more confused i get, i am sure i will get my head around it soon. I ma looking on this as a new way of life and not a diet. I also need to do this to get the fertility treatment i need, but am not allowed until i have a BMI of 35 and below.

Hello everyone, I am new to this diet, i have done loads of different diets, but my gynacologist as put me on this one. i got diagnosed with Poly Cystic Ovary syndrome today and my doctor as told me to do this diet. i currently have a BMI of 40 and i need to get it below 35 before i can start fertility treatment which i can only be on for a 12 months.

My questions are:

1. How easy is this diet.
2. Where can i get information regarding the diet that isn't confusing and tells me what i can and can't eat.

Thanks
Amy
