Food Journals / Total newb but loving it already

I am only a week old in the Paleo world and have been loving everything about it so far. If I knew that this site existed, I would have started blogging here instead of what I started just for my Paleo diet.

If anyone has any feedback or suggestions, I would appreciate it so very much. I am always looking for new recipes and ideas. It is tough because I do not eat red meat, cheese, avocados, and am not taking in any dairy (milk, cottage cheese, cheese, etc). I guess you can call me picky but I live by altering other people's recipes.

I started the diet because nothing has ever worked for me, other than weight watchers. I always thought I was eating healthy but never lost a single pound (without WW). With Paleo, I always feel full, I feel like I can eat anything (except my fav carbs lol) and really dont feel like I'm on a diet....

Some people question why I am trying to lose weight, but the numbers are clear. I am overweight for my height. I often wear heels so they might not notice, but a girl who is 5'1.5 should not be weighing as much as I do according to the charts. (shy about my #).

I want to be able to fit into my clothes with confidence and do not want to go up another size!!!
I'm glad to have found this side, so much great info being shared. :)
