I do have alot experience with cheats.I always used to cheat really heavy on weekends couse i have very huge apetite for junk food.After that i felt like crap for few days then a bit better and when weekend came i craved for junk food again and that was a deadly cycle.From personal experience i know decided to completely cut the sh*t out couse for me it's never ending cycle.

I would strongly suggest you to quit marathon as soon as possible if you do care about your health.But if you still choose to run marathons in the future the only way to fuel yourself and stay paleo is by eating plenty of fruit,fatty cuts of meat and vegetables.

I can't recommend one of them both are polyunsaturated fatty acids.It's just that caged eggs have omega 6 to omega 3 ratio of 1:20 and hens that we're fed with grass,worms and some flax seed have perfect balance of 1:1 or 1:2.The eggs are called omega 3 becouse the hens had some extra cereals wich are omega3 enriched.

I somehow got used to eat one huge meal a day and i don't see any problems with it.It's always 6 omega 3 eggs and 2 pounds of meat(medium rare steak or beef mince) thats around 3500-4000 calories.Im working extremely active job and doing resistence training in the evening so i guess you're body tells you how much to eat according to how much you move.

If you're just getting started than means the gut flora is adopting to a new style of eating.Try to limit fiber that means vegetables and fruits.Alot of people are sensitive to insolube fiber.So be careful with fruits wich has lots of it (peers,plums,apples).

Usually atleast for me all the health problems went away when i stay completely paleo.It would be much easier to help you if you put your journal of food what you eat throughout the day.

Don't do any cardio into only raises your cortisol levels with no positive affects.Better do low level physical activity such as gardening,walking.Go to gym and do the basic human movements with added weight like squat, deadlift, overhead press....

Forget the protein shakes go completely paleo for atleast 2 weeks.Eat full fat meats they will give you all the energy you need.If you have some problems with blood sugar handling add some fruits.Also add some omega 3 enriched eggs into your diet.Try interminent fasting.Your mental and physical health will improve.

Thank you.Everything went alright.To me i think it was too much extra added fat it's best to eat whole fatty cuts of meat and don't add any more fat.Except if i have leaner cuts or 20/80 ground beef.There is an excellent proportion of fat and protein in full fat meat.

Blood pressure is not always related to diet it can go up becouse of psychological things.For me when i see a doctor it goes up from 120/80 to 145/85 so just some thoughts that it's not always a diet.

Hello everyone im a new member to this forum have been reading it for a while now decided to log in  :).Im from lithuania and 20 years old.Now staying in london and thinking of studying in collage.So i have been in paleo style eating strictly for 10 days.I now work as a leafleter and its kinda hard on budget.But im trying my best to get the best products for optimal prices.For those 10 days i ate only green leafy vegetables couse i think i got bloated from other types of vegetables pastured chicken thighs,30% fat ground beef,omega 3 enriched eggs and bananas,grapes without skin, mangoes and cantiloupes(friuts in limited quantities).After those 10 days i steel feel gas and unconfortable feeling in gut after big meal maybe the gut needs more time to get used to low fiber diet?Is it possible that fat can couse some gut problems i mean is it possible to eat to much fat becouse when i cook the ground beef i drink all the fat that was with that meat and thats alot...Should i take some probiotics or digestive enzymes to help the gut couse i really cutted all the fiber ant thats a big change? P.S.
Im not constipated having movements daily every morning is just the gas and the feeling after big meal that is not very comfortable.Hope to get some help and suggestions.
